nothing clickable in footer on logout – Why?

    Good day!

    my highend theme website has a problem – I am unable to click on anything in the footer area – google map, sign in form fields, captcha, social media icons, other links.

    What is important to note is that I can only click when logged in but I cannot click on anything when logged out.
