Not Saving – Stuck in a loop

I followed the instructions in the FAQ for:

1. You will need to access your WordPress folder ( folder where you installed WordPress )
2. Open wp-config.php
3. Right before the last line, add this line of code
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );
4. Save the changes (and re-upload the file)

Still no luck!!

I attached a screen shot of where I placed the code.

I am using Ipage as my host.
