Not receiving Emails from Contact form

Hi,

When I go in to Contact tab on my website, and fill in the “Contact Us” Box – I’m not receiving any email to the inbox.

I’ve tried several times – Can anyone tell me where the settings are to check I have the correct email setup?

Worried, i’ve been receiving enquiries and I haven’t been seeing the emails.
