Not being responsive?

    Hello,
    I coped the page content from the HB demo to use.
    Then demo appear responsive on a small screen but not the one I created. see attached pic.
    Any ideas to make the page responsive?
    I tried other pages on the website on small screen and they seems to work fine. They appear responsive.
