Not able to update WPBakery to 7.3 (Error)

This is the only Plug In that needs to be updated but I can’t complete the update, been trying for weeks as it has been available since 12/6. An error occurs (see attached).

– New: Introduction popup added to inform about the new features of WPBakery
– Update: Structure and links updated in FAQ to reflect the changes in the knowledge base
– Update: License activation process improved after plugin installation and update
……….

On the HighEnd Plugin page (Highend from left menu, then Install Plugins), the WPBakery plugin only shows 7.2 available.

Should I assume that you are testing 7.3 still?

Also, I don’t even need this plugin, can I deactivate and delete? Or is this needed for HighEnd to function properly, whether I use it or not?
