Not able to install plugins

Hi there

yesterday I made normal plugins updates, but suddenly my site went weird!
every time I tried to make a new post, I’m not able to see any of the post’s images.
I tried then to deactivate/remove many plugins and then problem started to be solved.
However, I’m trying to re-install some of the plugins like jetpack and WR pagebuilder but every time the page goes forever (waiting) and then get like these messages
