No theme_options.txt file from MOJO

I am installing the demo per your documentation. However, at this step:

Highend Options Import

Step 1 – Navigate to Highend Options > Backup Settings.
Step 2 – Copy/Paste content from from theme_options.txt file from Theme Options Export folder (previously downloaded from mojo).

There was no theme_options.txt file available from MOJO. Their only help is to contact you. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
