No support on the support site

    Why is there no support on this support site??? HightEnd is supposed to be the most popular theme with 2700+ downloads, and I have posts that aren’t being answered in over a month. The claim is: “Questions are usually responded within 48 hours” Not at all true!

    Please advise. Is anybody out there??
