No Login Page – Only White Screen

I was working on a temporary domain until the domain transferred. Everything was working properly. When the domain was ready, I went into the WP dashboard and changed to the new domain name in General Settings on the Dashboard. It logged me out, which I expected. But, I got only a white screen. Now, when I put in wp-admin to access my dashboard I only get a white screen.

I contacted the hosting and we went through all of the files. They said it is a setting in Highland and they can not change codes like that. So, I am contacting you.

Please help.
