No hyperlink on Menu icon

I have purchased the New Highend theme. After installing it I went through creating a Menu but when I came across the Hyperlink for Menu Icon : Choose an Icon this has no highlight, if you will click it there is no link to Available Icons like in your video presentation. I have attached what I am referring to. Please help.
