No changes made

When I attempt to enable the Coming Soon Mode, I receive a delightful green check mark and the message “No changes made.” And the Coming Soon Mode is not enabled on checking the site. I performed the recommended ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’ and ‘set_time_limit’ suggested actions on the forum to get this far (it was previously hanging on the save action).

Would appreciate suggestions on getting the Coming Soon Mode to actually save.
