No blog pagination with Paid Membership Pro (PMPro)

As per the request in other pagination-related threads in your support forum, I’ve gone through the process of plugin deactivation/reactivation (and endured a 500 error that required contacting web host!) and have isolated my blog pagination issue with Highend to a conflict with http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/ …no one else appears to have posted about this particular conflict yet. Has HB Themes troubleshot this yet and, if not, would you be so kind as to help me resolve the conflict?
