No autoupdate

I am working on a xampp localhost installation and use Highend 2.0
There is a 2.1.2 version but the autoupdate does not work! Why?

I downloadet 2.1.2. from Mojo an copied it to themes. Now I should to update Visual Composer and Essentail Grid. You explain in your docu to deactivate and delete the plugin. But: from where I get the new Version? I cant find “WPBakery Visual Composer”
