New purchase & cannot install Visual Composer plugin.

Hi I have just bought the Highend theme, i’ve installed all the plugins onto wordpress, however I cannot install the Visual Composer plugin as it says version 4.8.1 is required. Surely if I’ve just purchased the theme it would include all the latest plugin versions?

I’m disappointed as I cannot do anything without the visual composer drag and drop builder.
