new and struggling with setup

have Siteground host with wordpress installed, bought “Highend theme” through mojomarketplace earlier today, did not see how to take advantage of free install and demo install. Installed one zip for theme on my own. Tried to import demo and am told to increase limits… waiting for feedback from Siteground. Meanwhile, How can I get the free install and demo import? Thanks in advance for help.
