New 3.0 shortcodes missing

I’ve update my Highend Theme to v3.0, but of the new Element items, only Blog Carousel is present in the shortcode generator.

Flip Boxes, Typewriter Heading, etc. don’t show in the dropdown list.

As the new items don’t show example code on demo page, nor do they appear to be on the documentation site, I can’t hand-type them in either.

Is there anything I can check to see why the new options wouldn’t be present?
What is the timeline for documentation on the new features?
