Need to remove inbuilt Visual Composer

After having problems with the visual composer in the theme, I purchased it so I never had problems with updating.

But now I seem to have a problem with it just loading – never actually loading just displaying the icon. I contact WP bakery and they said that I need to remove the inbuilt VC as theyre conflicting somewhere.

Plead advise!
