Need Help Managing the Sidebar

I have the default sidebar position and set in theme options and all my widgets in place. Whenever I create a page it by default has the right sidebar like I choose so that’s all good.

My problem is the sidebar is empty when you create the page and I can’t find the place to choose your default sidebar other than the page editor itself. I don’t want to have to go in each post/page and manually set each sidebar to the default sidebar.

Much help would be appreciated.
