Need help installing theme and demo

Same issue as previous user:

“Hi HB-Themes,
Love the theme. Bought it on yesterday, Sunday, and thought all was OK even though I had to try and upload the demo manually. However, a lot of options such as page layout, header layout, footer layout, etc. seem to be missing.
There were a couple of glitches uploading the demo manually.
1) when I did stage 1 of importing media files, posts, etc. some of the lines of script started out with the word “failed” before I got the “all done, have fun” message.
2) Backup Settings option had no text box for me to add the content from the text file
3) When doing the widget import, clicking the “import widget settings” button seemed to go nowhere
Don’t know if these are the issues, but many of the layout options were missing before I attempted to load the demo data which I had hoped would clear this up.
Theme looks awesome. Very excited and want to use on a number of websites as we grow our business this year, so really want a solution so I don’t have to go through this every time.
