Need help getting HighEnd tmplate

Hey, I bought the High End template when I was hosted by ipage. I have changed hosting provider and in the process the template is not available to download. Basically I logged in to Mojo Market through my ipage account when I purchased your template. Apparently I never had an actual account on Mojo Market place which now finds me with no way to access the template download.

I made a huge mistake when I assumed I could just log in at Mojo Market place and re-get the template wich is now in La La land. can you help me on this issue? thanks
