Navigation Icons

Hi,
I would like to have Navigation Icons on some pages similar to the Next/Prev buttons on the blog page.
In this case I want to link all the staff pages with next/prev buttons. Is this possible, if not can you suggest a widget for that?

I dont mind manually adding links if necessary.
