navigation hover effect disappeared

    Hello
    by one of the latest updates the navigation hover effect disappeared on my page
    http://dev.schraglindustrie.de/
    I chose the dotted bottom effect which worked perfectly in the beginning. Now none of the effects works, regardless of using mega menu or not. Also without any custom css there is no effect.
