Navigation Bar Background Color not Displaying

I am in Highend / Customize / Colors / Navigation Bar
and I have selected a blue background color (as you can see from the attachment).
When I first select it and publish it, the color displays properly. But it does not last. When I leave that area and return, it is not showing the color (as you can see in the attachment). It also does not show up correctly when I am previewing the page.

And it is not just the background color. You will notice that the font color selected is white but Home is showing up as a color (not white).

I just purchased and loaded this theme this morning. I hope you can help. Thanks
