My posts aren't visible after "publishing"

    After “publishing,” my post is indicating: Home > Fresh Strawberry Pie > Fresh Strawberry Pie
    BUT it should be showing Home > Recipes > Desserts > Fresh Strawberry Pie
    How did this happen? And how do I fix this??? It has happened more than once before… What am I doing wrong?
