My Pages changes (still) aren't saving! Help!

On June 2 I posted the following problems:

In the last two days, I’ve noticed that my pages changes don’t “stick” when I click the UPDATE button. The Page Layout switches from Fullwidth to Highend Options Settings; the alternative page titles and image I upload disappears; and the changes I make to the URL are erased and something totally random is substituted in. There may be more, but these are the ones I noticed. A totally frustrating problem that is sending me backwards!

I updated my Highend theme to 2.4.1, but the problems remain.

I disabled my plugins, which caused another problem with my W3 Cache:
FTP credentials don’t allow to delete folder /hermes/bosnaweb05a/b943/sl.patriciamnewman/public_html/newsite/wp-content/cache/config

W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.
Please execute commands manually or use FTP form to allow W3 Total Cache make it automatically.

I sent the necessary log-in details to Shouvik because he offered to fix it, and there’s been radio silence ever since.

PLEASE help! I cannot work on my website at all with these problems!
