Moving HighEnd to new website

Dear Sir,

I would like to purchase a second license of HighEnd.
My first license is installed at haimr99.ipage.com, the second license I would like to purchase I will install for example at haimr99.ipage.com/abc123 (not started yet)
As the first HE license i will purchase the second license at MOJO Marketplace

if I will decide to move haimr99.ipage.com/abc123 (whole site,HE and pages) to
OPTION 1. within ipage company to a new web address for example hr0000.ipage.com
OPTION 2. to another web hosting company like BlueHost

Is this possible ?
What is the procedure ?

Of course that at any point in time only the number of purchased HE licenses will “work”.
