Move the CSS Code

    I would like to know if what is the function that inject the CSS on
    the Header such as:

    ::selection { background:#00aeef; color:#FFF; }
::-moz-selection { background:#00aeef; color:#FFF; }

    I want to move it on the external source.
    Could you help me with this?
