Mobile Slider gets pulled under the menus

So I want the top of my slider to be right up against the menus. So I remove the padding. This worked for non mobile. But on mobile the top hides under the menus.

How do I fix this so they both sit right under the menus with no space between?

I Edited the style.css Line 924
#main-content { clear:both; overflow: hidden;}
This fixes the desktop browsers but screws up the mobile.
If I put the padding-top:35px; back in the desk top is spaced from the menu but mobile is fine.
