Mobile Site Header Change After Update

Hello, after the latest theme update, our mobile site is showing the theme accent color in the header and footer on mobile. See the red in the image attached. It did not do this previously and it does not show this way on desktop. If I change the accent color to white, it fixes this problem, but then all the other places where that accent color is used have to be white. I need to figure out how to remove this red from our mobile site and still keep the red accent color for the rest of the site.
