Mobile Side Slider Load

Hi. After optimizing my site, http://www.arimednow.com/ as best as I could for desktops, I started to move on towards the mobile site of it which is basically based off the website. When I am on an Apple product, the revolutionary slider doesn’t load but if it ever does, it takes an extremely long amount of time to do so. For androids, it also loads slowly but it at least displays the slider.

Also, I was viewing http://www.arimednow.com/?page_id=4473 on my Android phone and the formatting is all messed up. I was wondering if you had any suggestions to make it display neater such as having the full description on top then the full textboxes on each line.

I’ve attached a picture below. I know that the reason it is displaying like that is because I have a row and two columns but is there a work around? Please reply soon. Thank you.
