Mobile menu – sub menus fold out on touch?

Hi all,

Is there a way to have the sub menu’s in the mobile menu act in such a way that you see all the top level, and touch to unfold the sub menu page links on demand, instead of showing all menu items in one long list (sub menus indented)?

A rapid reply would be appreciated, as my client has decided they don’t like the mobile menu and would prefer the sub items to be selectable if wanted.
