Mobile layout

Hello,

I’m taking a look at my mobile layout and there is no margin on the right side of the screen. It’s cut flush with the lettering which is very odd and visually uncomfortable, and then there is a blue bar (?) The page is not fixed, and it moves from side to side. I have viewed the tutorials and I haven’t been able to change this. Please let me know what I need to do. My mobile layout is set to responsive design. Thank you so much!
