Mobile layout issue

HI,
Gocashcomedy.com after creating this webpage its looks great on desktop but when i see on mobile the picture is all stuck on left side, and i cant move, also i have form page its same thing.
i made changes in setting with css code describe in other post did not work.
The code i use
