mobile landscape and portrait adjustments

I’m having a hard time understanding how to adjust background image size, the text spacing and placement. As you can see on my screen shot it looks ok when used for portrait but all the adjustments are messed up when used in landscaped.

Is there any way or guide for me on how to do it properly that worked best for your theme?

I’m building another website at the same time now, i would like to learn on how to make it properly so in the future i can do it more effectively.

Btw i’m using revolution slider to build the page, is it the customization that i made on it that causing the problems?
