    Hello.

    I am having a problem with the Mobile header on http://pct1constable.net. It does not show up at all.

    Also, the icon carousel on the bottom of the page is pretty funky looking on the mobile side. Looks fine on the desktop side but is pretty jacked up on the mobile side. Is there a CSS fix for that?
