Mobile devices not working

My theme seems to work fine on Desktop but not mobile devices. I keep getting an error message that states: “A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded. I tries to reload and just continually gives me this message on my mobile devices such as iPhone 7 plus and iPad Air.

It doesn’t matter which page I am on, I get this error. I can never fully view my pages on mobile devices.

I checked the system diagnostics and it says the WP Memory Limit is 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. I changed it to 64MB on my host Bluehost.
