Missing Many Theme Elements…asked for help 16 days ago and not resolved

My Highend Theme has Out of Date Template Files and is missing TONS of elements. Please resolve these issues. I have posted about it 16 days ago but have not received any reply about it.

The issues I have are as follows (Please provide these missing elements):

1) the themes for the demo and help cannot be imported due to a missing style.css file. Please provide that file.

2) All of these things are missing from the main highend theme (PLEASE RESOLVE THESE ISSUES):

For the home – home samples 1: (have the following errors)

Example 3: revolution slider error: silder with alias corporate-slider not found
Example 4: revolution slider error: silder with alias boxed-corporate-slider not found

For the home – home samples 2: (have the following errors)

Example 7 (modern portfolio): revolution slider error: silder with alias home-special-slider not found
Example 9: revolution slider error: silder with alias corporate-slider not found

for the home- home samples 3: (have the following errors)
Example 11 (special): revolution slider error: silder with alias home-special-slider not found
Example 12 (dark): revolution slider error: silder with alias home-special-slider not found
