Missing Hyperlink on Usernames and Profile Images

Wordpress Version 4.8.2
BuddyPress Version 2.9.1
BBpress Version 2.5.14

I’m setting up BuddyPress and BBpress on a Highend theme site. I’m satisfied with the integration other than the problem I’m having. If you help me resolve this, I will purchase expert services from you in the future. If not, I will be seeking new options.

While logged in, BBpress is missing hyperlinks on user images and names.
While logged out, links are generated normally.

This problem goes away with stock themes such as 2016. I have tried deactivating all plugins.
I appreciate the time and effort.
