Missing feature image in Highend

Hi Guys

I am realy not seeing the feature image in portfolios and all other pages set to use it in Highend templets.
I had you guys setup a demo site for me ( it appears fine) but copying the same code and settings into a install of the same theme template that I installed, the featured image is missing.

In the demo install it works but my theme install is not showing it. any ideas why??

This isue is realy stopping me getting on with the build so fast help would be realy good..
