Misc. Edits to High end Sample Theme

Hello,

I have searched every where on the theme to modify the following (pic attached)

1. the text for “Experience something ….” where is this located?
2. Can I remove “theme by HB-Themes” in footer?
3. Remove right footer menu (even though in the menu this is disabled it still shows.
