Minimalistic Demo Questions

Hi, I’m sort of a new WordPress user and have been having a difficult time customizing the Minimalistic Demo theme for Highend. Specifically, on my Home page, the logo in the top left is too small, and I haven’t been able to resize it. There was some CSS that I had found in another thread that widened it, but wouldn’t increase the overall size. I’d also tried to make it so that the full most recent blog post appears on the Home page, but have only gotten an excerpt to appear.

Next, on the bottom of each page there are some social media links that don’t lead anywhere. How do I edit them, or add text to the left end of that bar? I’ve also had an issue with getting the Navigation drop down menu to appear under Projects. This only happened after I applied the Minimalistic demo, so I’m not sure what’s going on there.

Finally (I hope), on the Projects (Work) page, I haven’t figured out how to fully customize the Essential Grid.
