Milestone Counter Size

Is there a way to automatically reduce the size of the milestone counter size? I currently have a row with four counters in it, but when the size of the screen is reduced, it wraps the numbers (1,000 and greater). I would like to keep them all proportional to the size of the screen, but they seem to awkwardly wrap. Please help. Screen-shot attached.
