Middle Panel (Parallax)

Hi, I purchased and installed the theme a couple of hours ago. I’m getting the hang of it and look forward to customizing it some more soon. However, there’s one aspect that I can’t figure out how to change.

There’s a file attached, I circled the area in question in Photoshop.

Basically, how do I edit/modify that section that says “Ultra Responsive Layout” and then lists three other things (ending with “Packed with Features”).

I want to be able to change that for something else entirely. How do I do that? Thanks!
