Menus with Catergories to stop blog page from showing up

I have pages listed under a category name how do i stop the page from when i click on a category name going to a link to blog?

I don’t want it to go anywhere just a categories in the menu to stop them from linking and let people click on the pages bellow it.. I want to have a blog separate not for each categories I just want regular depts in menus or names with nothing behind them just the pages bellow the name
