Menu not showing up on Homepage

I recently spoke with support trying to figure out an issue on the site http://www.youdontknowsquatch.com. It had been working fine a couple weeks ago, and we have fixed some issues but now the Homepage is not displaying the Menu, which is set properly in both Appearence>Menu and Highend settings, as well as on the homepage settings from what we could tell. They informed me it was a theme issue but did not elaborate much. Wondering if anyone can help me solve this. Thank you.
