Menu not saving

Can’t get the options to save anything. I’ve been trying for hours.

I added:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );

And it still didn’t work.

I then added:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );
define( ‘max_execution_time’, ‘120’);

still nothing.

I am very frustrated and would be interested in taking you up on the free installation. I initially bought planning on using the free installation but couldn’t figure out how to get it.
