Memory Limit, PHP Max Input Limits

Hello –

Noticed many here have had this issue – spent about 2 hours trying to figure it out but give up!

Can’t seem to change my WP Memory Limit or my PHP Max Input time (can’t seem to import the full demo). Would greatly appreciate some assistance!
