manual template import & missing .css file for 2 zips

I purchased the highend template and they will not import. Please install/ import it for me.

Also the highend-ultimate-multi-purpose-wordpress-theme-Help File.zip and highend-ultimate-multi-purpose-wordpress-theme-demo-data.zip are missing a style.css file and could not be installed either.
