making alternate page logos point to different urls

The Highend theme has a nice feature that allows us to use an alternate header logo for each page. Because we have different teams, each with its own “home page”, it would be great if for all the pages that a given team owns (and thus, all pages with that team’s alternate header logo on them) that team’s logo could be configured to point to the team’s “home page” rather than the site-wide home page. As another way of explaining it, somehow or another, we’d like for each of our four team’s logos — each time it appears in that alternate header logo spot — to point back to the corresponding team’s home page (the url of which would be static). Assuming anything is possible, what would be involved in making a change like that?
