Major Issues with Back End

I have not been able to get this to work at all. I don’t know whether it’s the theme (Highend), the Visual Composer, or both together. When I am using the Visual Composer, it keeps duplicating and adding modules to my page. It has also changed the page name and failed to save my drafts. It seems to keep getting more problematic and is not usable at all right now.
